Our Process
Once the stainless steel mesh apparel is received we take off any hardware and cloth straps and they are washed using a chemical that cleans and sanitizes each piece. Then they are inspected, and all missing rings and damaged areas are repaired by individually welding, using high-quality stainless-steel rings. A new color-coded strap for easy sizing is sewn on and new hardware is installed. They are then inspected again and shipped back to you in a timely manner. All gloves are repaired to be ambidextrous so you can use on either hand. Once finished the mesh gloves, aprons, sleeves or tunics are like new!​

At Pro Knight Safety we realize that special needs arise, and we are there to help make these challenges easier. We can do custom alterations to suit you and your employees needs. If you have an employee that needs a glove altered (ie missing fingers) we can easily alter a glove to make it fit properly ensuring their safety. We can also alter seams, change the type of cuff from cloth to an all steel design, the possibilities are endless. Let one of our specialists work with you to come up with a solution to your problem. We also make a variety of harnesses and straps that can be custom made for your application.

When repairing your mesh apparel, we use high quality stainless steel rings that are butt welded individually for a smooth and comfortable fit. This process ensures no clumps or bunching, finishing your mesh apparel close to the original condition.

Stripping of old strapping and hardware

Machine washed to sterilize the mesh

Replace all straps and hardware (straps are color coded for sizing)
